"Quick account fix"
I had to update my account email and password, and support actually got it sorted out quickly. I can log in fine now, so no headache.

"Packaging was just okay"
The packaging was fine, but it could’ve been better. It arrived in one piece, so that was good, but this is where it got annoying: it just didn’t feel very secure or well put together. Not a huge deal, but I expected a little more

I got exactly what was pictured, and the description was mostly accurate. There was one small scuff that wasn’t mentioned, but it didn’t bother me much. It actually reminded me of stuff my dad used to buy secondhand, a little character here and there, but still totally usable.

"Checkout is okay, but could be smoother"
Well... I’ve bought a few things on shopgoodwill, and the payment process has been mostly fine. It does go through, but sometimes the page feels a little slow or confusing, especially when shipping and extra fees get added in. I do like that they offer different payment options, but the checkout could definitely be cleaner and easier to follow. It’s not terrible, just not as simple as some other sites I’ve used. 3 stars from me.

"Pretty much what I expected"
It arrived looking like the photos, which was a relief. There were a few more scratches than I was expecting, and I was a little disappointed at first, but it still feels like a good buy overall. I’m happy with it.

"Easy to Track and Overall Smooth"
My tracking info updated after about a day, and from there it was easy to follow along. It wasn’t the fastest shipping I’ve had, but I could usually see where my package was, which made the wait less stressful. Based on my experience, everything went smoothly and I’d say it was a good overall experience.

"I won an auction and then…"
I won an auction and then it ended up getting cancelled, which was annoying. I got a basic message about it, but there wasn’t a clear reason or any real option to sort it out. Customer service felt slow, and it kind of seemed like they brushed it off. I get that stuff happens around auctions sometimes, but if people bid and win, the communication should definitely be better.

"Seller Locations Are a Mess"
I’m irritated with ShopGoodwill over this. The seller location should be simple to trust, but somehow they make it confusing. I’ve bid on items thinking they were in one place, then the shipping and handling made it look like they were coming from somewhere totally different. And this wasn’t a one-time mistake either — it’s happened more than once. Now I feel like I have to inspect every little detail before bidding, and even then I’m not fully confident. With that many Goodwill sellers on one site, it’s on them to make the location clear and consistent. Instead, they’ve turned buying into a guessing game, and that’s really frustrating.

"Shipping was way too much"
The item itself was fine, but like, the shipping ended up costing more than the actual product. That was kind of frustrating and made it feel not really worth it.

"Looks Real, But Shipping Took Forever"
Got my order today and it looks authentic to me. The photos matched the item too, so no weird surprises there. My only complaint is the wait, it took longer than I expected, and the waiting was kind of annoying. I kept checking the tracking over and over because it just felt slow. But the product itself seems fine.

"Decent finds, but getting help is a hassle"
I’ve ordered a handful of things from shopgoodwill over time, usually when I’m just browsing at night with a cup of coffee and somehow convince myself I need another random item. For the most part, the stuff I’ve bought has been fine and pretty much what I expected. The main issue for me has been customer service. I had a question about shipping on one order, and it took several days to hear back. When they finally replied, the answer didn’t really clear anything up, so I had to send another message and wait all over again. It’s just annoying when you’re not asking anything complicated and only need a quick answer. I wouldn’t say it’s a terrible site, but their support definitely needs to be faster and more helpful.

"combined Shipping is Honestly Helpful"
I’ve picked up a few things from shopgoodwill now, and the combined shipping option has been a Big help. If I win a couple auctions from the same location, it just makes way more sense than paying seperate shipping for every single item. Checkout was simple too. It’s not perfect every time, but overall I’ve been Happy with the experience

"Got Sniped at the Last Second"
I was annoyed with the whole experience. I thought I had a good shot, then got outbid literally at the last second, which felt really frustrating. On top of that, the fees didn’t feel very upfront to me, so by the end it just left a bad taste...

I had an issue with my order and ended up having to open a dispute. It took a little back and forth, which was kind of annoyinggg, but they did eventually fix it and refunded part of the cost. Not a perfect experience, but fair enough in the end

"Refund process was way too much hassle"
I had to request a refund from shopgoodwill.com, and it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. There were too many steps for something that should’ve been simple, and every time I thought I was getting somewhere, I had to wait again or contact someone else. Emails took forever to get answered, and when they did reply, the responses were short and didn’t really explain anything. I felt like I kept getting passed around with no clear update for days. For a basic refund, it was such a headache. I don’t think it was worth dealing with

“It did not get lost they did not get the price they wanted for the said item so it's lost they will wait for a while and realist it under a different item number and raise the shipping price and bid price with the auto bods so they can get a higher price for the item”

Why are shipping rates so unreasonably high? Are the shipping companies ripping off goodwill?

“No it's not FedEx it goodwill marking up the shipping price they will make a few dollars off every shipping label if something will ship for 14 dollars FedEx will charge 18 to 20 dollars for it and keep the extra and print out a label with the amount that FedEx charges FedEx will not cheat some one to big of a company to do that they have pride and do not want to go to court over shipping cost that are deemed to high”

“Goodwill make extra money off the FedEx labels most if not all shipping cost you see on shopgoodwill are higher then what FedEx charges goodwill will make a few dollars off every label in turns adds up to a lot of extra income for a non profit organizations they are like any other company they have CEO that are looking to make any extra money they can so for now goodwill the name means nothing now not like it was many years ago so you are better off shipping the goodwill EBay store there you can get your money back is some thing is not right”
